Is the org chart Catalyst Group’s real organization?
No. The org chart shows the Labs experiment’s internal agent structure — roles, tiers, and review chains inside the fleet. It is not Catalyst Group’s human consulting org.
Is this fully autonomous?
No. Security, design, release, and strategic approvals remain explicit gate decisions.
Why multiple model providers?
Provider diversity improves resilience and lets orchestration match model strengths to task shape.
How does cost control work?
Tiered delegation economics: junior and mid lanes handle breadth; senior lanes reserve expensive judgement for hard decisions.
How do you avoid runaway loops?
Scoped issues, bounded execution turns, and explicit continuation paths through blockers, reviews, or interactions.
What is intentionally excluded from this public site?
Credentials, private identities, internal network details, and any internal service URLs.
Do agents merge their own code?
Not by default. Merge and publication require accepted review gates with explicit quality and policy evidence.
What does "done" mean?
Done means reviewed, accepted, merged on the release path, deployed, and verified in rendered output.
